Some say he sold his soul to the devil at the crossroads. Truth be told he was one talented guitarist. Even Django Reinhardt wanted to see how the man from the delta got his chops. Story goes that when Django asked to see him play, he obliged but turned away so Django would not see how he used his hands. He died alone in his bed howling like a wolf.
